They asked a bunch of questions about my education, like school and college stuff, and which courses I liked best. Also asked about my personality, values, motivation, and interests. Then we talked about previous jobs and what I did. They also asked for legal documents and school/college transcripts. The interview was around 40 minutes.

It started with a telephonic call, then an interview with HR, followed by one with the technical manager, and then the head of the center. There was also a good presentation of the project context. HR asked basic questions.

Sales Manager
It was a typical process. We started with a greeting, small talk, discussed my application, motivation, and CV. I also had a chance to ask my own questions before we concluded. They even showed me the whole office and introduced me to the staff during the interview. After the interview, I was immediately invited to sign the contract.
- Why should we hire you specifically?

First I got an assignment which I had to solve and commit to GitHub. The assignment was about Java concepts used in real-time. After that, I had a one-on-one interview where they asked some problem-solving questions.
