The interview was tough but worthwhile. It really dug into how I solve problems, write code, and communicate. It was set up well, made me think, and we went back and forth. It helped me learn, think about things, and feel more sure about what I know and how I approach technical stuff.

It was 4 rounds and I was the first through. I found the process to be simple and straight forward. However, I did have to follow-up to get an answer. Ultimately after all my time and effort I was rejected. The part that is most frustrating is since I was the first through I had to wait weeks for them to complete the process. If I was not the best candidate then why wasn’t I informed earlier? After 4 interviews and being strung along for weeks I was given no feedback. Out of respect, an explanation should be given so that candidates can improve. A lot of other reviews seem to point to a poor interview process from HR as well.

I got contacted by a recruiter on an online job portal. The whole thing took over a week. First, there was an aptitude test on a Saturday with logic and math problems. A few days later, the recruiter called for a technical interview on Skype, focusing on Java, JUnit, Spring, and SQL. Then, I was asked to come in for an in-person technical round the following Monday. When I got there, there were three programming questions on the board to solve. After submitting my answers, I left. The recruiter called again about a final technical round with the VP. Upon arrival, I learned the 4th round was a technical interview with a panel, followed by one with the VP, and then a final HR chat. So, six rounds in total. It felt like too much and should have been done in one day. I had to travel there three times, which was really unorganized. I got rejected in the 4th round, which was another coding and algorithms check.

My interview experience was really bad, it's my first time facing something like this. I've been interviewing for a couple of weeks and got through the first round. Then I waited over a week for the second round and had that. After that, I spoke to HR and she said I passed. But then she said something I've never heard before - that they would interview more people. Who interviews more people if they've already selected someone? Now, after waiting so long, I'm still waiting for feedback. I don't know what else to say. It's a unique experience because I heard other candidates were rejected, and now they don't reply when I call or message them. This is very unethical.
