I had a mixed experience interviewing here. The start was good, professional, and organised with clear communication, and the interviews themselves were positive and engaging. However, after putting in a lot of time and effort through several stages, I waited a long time for an update. I ended up having to chase for feedback, and while I did get a response, it would have been better if they'd been more proactive. I know hiring can be hectic, but even a quick update means a lot to candidates investing their time. More consistent communication would really improve what is otherwise a professional process. I'd avoid this company.

The first stage was an HR interview focusing on basic competencies. The second stage was with HR and the Hiring Manager, where they asked questions from my CV but no competency questions. They said I'd hear back in a few days, but I didn't, so I had to chase them. Only then did they inform me I wasn't selected, which seems a bit convenient. It's likely they would have ghosted me, as other candidates have reported.

I got an email Saturday asking about my availability for an interview on Tuesday morning at 9AM, but with no details. Then I got another email Saturday morning reminding me about an interview at 9AM Monday morning. They didn't confirm my availability, didn't give me contact info, and gave me two different times. Red flag they're messaging me on a weekend. I asked which time they preferred and about calling arrangements since I didn't have their number and assumed they didn't have mine. The same person replied Monday morning at 8:30AM, ignored my questions, and sent a long questionnaire with technical questions due in 90 minutes. I didn't know anything about the job, and they ignored my basic questions. They expect me to notice an email off-hours, drop everything, and jump through hoops immediately, which is unreasonable. I decided to withdraw, assuming it was a scam or a place I didn't want to work for.

It started with a recruiter. Then I had to wait for the hiring manager to finish a meeting, which took about 20 minutes. The interview was mostly about personality to see if I'd be a good culture fit. We chatted about how different the work culture there is compared to my current job. After that, I did a really simple tech skills test with the IT folks I would be working with. I felt like I nailed it and was really hoping for an offer.
