I had an in-person interview that started with some basic personality and experience questions. They asked about my past work projects and what I was responsible for. Then we jumped right into the job requirements, and they wanted to know if I could handle those tasks.

I had a phone interview, then I interviewed with the CEO and management the next day. They both asked me questions about my past sales and work experience. I didn't get an offer that day, but I got a call later that day.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got to the Portland office and waited for my interview, arriving super early and observing the office vibes. It seemed really collaborative, busy, and productive in there. My first chat was with Jess, who was really friendly and chatty, making me feel totally comfortable. He was clearly looking for key salesperson traits, so being confident and chatty really worked in my favor. I did a sample pitch for him and answered some standard questions, plus one unexpected one I'm keeping secret. After Jess, I had a brief second interview with Jordan. He asked standard questions about my past work experience and what qualities make a great salesperson. It's important to be able to sell yourself and convince them you're the right fit. The whole process wasn't overly stressful, and I even got a quick office tour at the end, which was a nice touch.

Behavioral Other

The first interview involved about 20 questions. One that threw me off was describing the color yellow to a blind person. A few days later, I was called back for a second interview. When I walked in, the interviewer said they didn't really have any questions for me, which felt like a waste of my time since that could have been handled over the phone. I got the job two minutes later.
