It was a pretty standard interview process. Three interviews, one with hiring manager , two others with higher ups. During the process they were quick to respond and get everything scheduled. After the third interview, communication abruptly stopped.

Great interview process! I enjoyed meeting the team and the other recruiters. It gave me a good feel for the team's dynamic and what the role entails. The process was efficient, communication was excellent throughout, and everything happened as they said it would.

This company was great and responded quickly. Given the 2024 interview market, I really appreciated that. It was a nice change from being ghosted. My only issue was that the hiring manager interviews went way over the scheduled time, like an hour or two extra. They were long, so plan to add at least an extra hour to the scheduled interview times. The screener interview was quick though.

Got a call from a third party recruiter about a contract to hire job. They said it was a one and done interview process. First was a video call with the hiring manager. Then I had to do a homework assignment where I wrote an article about how to tie your shoes. After that, a video interview with the team lead, then another video interview with the IT director. The IT director said I got the job, but I had to visit the facilities first. Then, after another video interview with the office admin, I was finally offered the job, which turned out to be a direct hire role.
