Compliance Analyst
The hiring manager was really nice and personable, making the experience very pleasant. However, the interviewer seemed quite rushed and overwhelmed. She was late for the scheduled hour but still finished the interview within that hour, so I didn't get the full time booked.
- Can you share a contribution you made that had a significant impact?
Claims Administrator
The interview process went smoothly. It started with a 15-minute phone screen. I got a call back the next day to schedule an in-person interview. I was offered the position two weeks after that.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- Can you describe your approach to managing disagreements?
- How would you cope with a lack of engagement in your role?
Human Resources Assistant
Got an email and a call to set up a phone interview. They called right on time. That was it for the first stage. They asked me some questions, but then told me the job didn't pay as much as I'm currently making. They didn't say what it actually paid, which was weird. Super disappointed.

Compliance Associate
After submitting an online application, it was reviewed, and I received an automated confirmation. I also got a follow-up message asking to schedule a phone interview, which can be done Monday-Friday between 10-11.
- Can you tell me about your experience and your current duties?
