Teacher
The interview process was pretty good and very thorough. The people were lovely, and I would definitely like to work with them. This is the third interview stage, which is great. They are spending a lot of time getting to know you, and the other interviewers make you feel welcome.

Corporate Recruiter
Had 4 interviews total - started with an initial phone screen, then a Zoom interview where I had to do a role play with recruiting questions. After that, it was an In Person Interview with the COO, and finally an In Person Interview with the CEO. This interview process was way too long, it totally could have been shorter, like 3 interviews or even 2 panel interviews.
- Could you role-play a scenario where you're conducting a new job posting intake meeting with a hiring manager and need to obtain all the essential information?
- Then, could you role-play making a recruitment call to a potential candidate for the position?
Care Coordinator
I had 3 interviews with 3 different people, plus 2 assessments for Powerpoint and Excel. They texted me (when I was busy) to schedule interviews or assessments, and would respond quickly. But when I tried to reach them, the recruiter ghosted me for a week via email, text, and phone. I had to email HR to get a response.
- Can you describe your proficiency with Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Outlook?
Administrative Assistant
There were two interviews. The first one had three interviewers, two men and one woman, and included a sample edit. The second interview was a Microsoft assessment and typing test that I wasn't told about beforehand. During this test, three gentlemen watched me while one guided me through the program. The laptop they provided was old and worn out, and it wasn't working correctly. I sent two follow-up emails but never heard back.
- Can you describe your experience with Microsoft Excel and Word?
