Connected with a recruiter via Linkedin for a brief phone call, then met them in person (they were great to work with). Interviewed with one person for 30 minutes, then two more people for another 30 minutes. Initially didn't get the position, but was contacted a month later about a different opportunity, and after a second visit, an offer was essentially made.

Got a call a couple days after applying to set up a phone interview later that week. The phone interview was with HR, who asked about my work history, why I liked this company and role, and what I wanted in a job. The questions were pretty detailed and direct, but also let me talk more. After I answered and asked some things, they told me more about the company and the Admin Assistant job. Then, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview a few days later. The same HR person was there, plus three people I'd work with a lot. It went for over an hour, and they asked about my experience, for concrete examples of problems and solutions from previous jobs, and again about what I'm seeking in a new role. It was a good experience overall.

I was referred to the company and went through 3 interviews. First was with the controller to discuss my experience, job overview, and a screening with the previous person in the role. Then, I had a second interview with 3 managers to assess team fit and attitude. Finally, I interviewed with the CFO. I got an offer a few days later. It turned out the receptionist was a key decision-maker, so it's important to be respectful to everyone.

Had a 20-minute meeting with the Portfolio Manager. He asked me to talk about my experience. He mentioned he had another appointment and was unprepared for the interview, stating he hadn't had a chance to review my resume.
