Case Presentation

I was sent a case study to complete in 30 minutes, and then had a 1-hour interview where I presented my answer. The interview was conducted via video conference, with questions asked in English before I responded to the case study in French.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. Since I had interned at the company before, I already had a good idea of what they were looking for in the role. The process started with a written test, and then I moved on to an interview. The interview panel consisted of the HR manager and two other subject matter experts. Interestingly, I was asked questions in three different languages during the interview.

Behavioral Case

The UN Staff was super welcoming and I had to switch between English and Turkish often because the role needs both. However, there was a DGMM person who seemed to dislike me, I felt it when I answered questions in Turkish against the government and it changed things. They asked competency-based questions, and I had prepared answers from a similar UNDP interview, which made it easier.
