The interview is competence based. It lasts about 30 minutes. The important thing is to explain why you want to work there and then there will be questions to test your skills (for example client orientation: has it ever happened that you could not completely satisfy a client's request? How did you behave?)

First, there was a written test that took about 2-3 hours. After that, I had an interview with a panel. There were 4 interviewers in total, and 2 of them were from HR. The interview lasted around 30-40 minutes. Each interviewer asked me about 2 questions, and they were all competency-based.
