After they reached out about my availability and rate, which I gave them, they interviewed me and offered me a job without any official paperwork. I told them I couldn't accept without a formal offer. They kept me hanging for weeks, saying the project was delayed and paperwork was coming, even asking me to start onboarding without pay or a contract. I refused to work for free and said I'd onboard once I got the offer. When the paperwork finally arrived, the rate was 25% less than we discussed. When I asked why they cut the rate so much and if we could compromise, they ghosted me. They strung me along for a month knowing my rate and availability from the start and then ghosted me when I stood firm. This is not professional at all. Amateur hour!

This interview process was inconsiderate and felt pointless. Everyone seemed disengaged and uninterested. I'm not sure what exactly happened. They primarily asked if I was willing to commute to their location.

The interview process was super smooth and well-organized. You can expect about 2-4 rounds, depending on the specific role and your experience level. The manager I spoke with was really nice and asked pretty standard interview questions. The whole thing didn't take too long.
