I applied online and a recruiter reached out via email to set up an interview. They asked me to provide three different times and two different days I could do the interview. I sent over the info they needed. The recruiter then set up and confirmed the interview date and time. But, on the day of the interview, the recruiter never called at the time we scheduled. After 30 minutes, I emailed the recruiter to see if we needed to reschedule or if they'd already filled the position. It's been three days since then and I still haven't heard back from the recruiter. This whole thing is really unprofessional and honestly a big red flag for me about how this company operates. Because of this experience, I definitely won't recommend this company to anyone looking for a job or even thinking about being a customer. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their actual employees and customers.

I had an initial interview with the HR Manager and Plant Manager that went really well and lasted a bit over an hour. They called me back quickly for a second interview with the two building managers, which took about 45 minutes. They seemed a bit unenthusiastic and read questions from a paper. I haven't heard back in a week, so I assume I didn't get the job.
