It was a 7 hour long process, which was very much like a Montessori experience. It was really interesting as it was my first interview like that. It really shows instantly if you are cut out for what you applied for.

It was hard but I made it. It’s not easy but it was worth it. Not really that difficult but you could probably find some decent deals online that would work well with it. I’m sure they will have some.

Technical Coding

I put in my application for the job online. After that, they gave me an online test. It had basic math questions, all pretty simple. Just basic addition and subtraction, nothing too hard. The test is more about if you can think critically and pick out the right data to look at, rather than just a numbers test. I think I had 90 minutes for it and there were about 38 questions total.

I came in, sat down, and they asked me about my landscaping experience. Then they asked if I had a valid driver's license and if I knew how to operate certain equipment. They also had me do jumping jacks to show I was physically fit. It was pretty strange though, they made me pee in a cup and took it. I don't know what they did with it, but it was weird and I don't see how it relates to cutting grass.
