Customer Support Engineer
I wanted to share my positive experience interviewing for the Customer Support Engineer role. The process was smooth and organized from beginning to end. I really liked the clear communication and structured approach, which helped me understand the role and what the company expected. Everyone was very professional. I also want to thank Vamshi Sir (Manager) and Divya Mam (HR). They were engaging, asked good questions, and talked about how my skills fit the job. They made me feel comfortable and valued. I'm more interested in joining Uneecops technologies Ltd. after the interview. Overall, I'm excited about possibly working with such a great and professional team. Thanks again for the opportunity and the good experience.

Channel Sales Manager
So, I interviewed for the Manager - Channel Sales role at Uneecops Technologies Ltd. and it was a pretty smooth process with three main parts. First, I chatted with the Director of Channel Sales about my background in B2B EdTech Sales, focusing on channel sales, leading teams, and hitting targets, plus where I've worked and the clients I've handled. Then, I spoke with the Managing Director, Mr. Piyush Jain. He touched on similar points but also asked about my understanding of Uneecops and why I'm a good fit. The last step was salary talks with the Senior HR, which took about five days because of a long weekend, but they sent the offer letter in the end. I really liked how organized everything was, thanks to Ms. Divya from HR who made sure the virtual interviews on Microsoft Teams went well, checking my setup beforehand. She kept me updated clearly and on time via phone and email. It was a very professional experience overall.
- How would you use your past experience to do well in this job?
- Tell me about how you've handled Channel Sales before.
- What sales targets did you have in previous roles and what percentage did you achieve?
