I applied online and then two weeks later HR got in touch. I had a phone call with the HR manager and right after that, they scheduled me for an in-person interview that happened a week after. I interviewed with three different departments, and each manager could have offered me a position. I got an offer within the next 24 hours.

Connected with a recruiter at a networking event, then had a phone call with HR. After that, I had two Skype interviews, each about 20 minutes long, with hiring managers. They were very nice. I sent a lot of follow-up emails but never heard back, which was a bummer because I thought the interviews went well.

I interviewed for an internship with Undertone. It started off with a phone interview that seemed to go well. It was pretty informal and the recruiter was nice. The in-person interview was totally different though. I met with two people who spent 30 minutes trying to find my weaknesses and why I might not be a good fit or up for the job. I felt attacked the whole time and didn't really get to talk about my strengths. Since I was uncomfortable and nervous, it didn't help either. I was bummed they treated me so poorly after the good phone interview (with someone else) and all the time I spent getting ready for it.
