First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Underground Printing.
Sales Manager
The interview process started with a screening, and then there were 3 phone interviews with the CEO, national sales manager, and regional sales manager. This whole thing took about 2 weeks. It felt like it took a bit too long, but we do work with them pretty often.
- Can you talk about your strengths and weaknesses and how they related to your past jobs?
- How will your strengths and weaknesses be helpful for this role?
Production Artist
It was a pretty quick and easy interview process. I took some kind of aptitude exam before the interview, then I sat down with a manager who conducted the interview. I don't really have anything negative to say about it.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What about your weaknesses?
- What would you bring to the role?
Assistant Store Manager
I applied in person on a Friday and by the following Monday I had an in-person interview with the store manager. Then on Wednesday, I had a phone interview with someone from HR, and I got offered the job by Thursday. It all happened super fast, but it was a good experience overall!
- What is your sales experience, and if you don't have any, why are you interested in a sales role?
Embroidery Machine Operator
Had a nice phone chat. It was a chance for HR to learn about me and for me to learn about the role. Taunya was very helpful and answered all my questions. It felt less like an interview and more like a casual 'how are you?' conversation.
- What would someone say about you?
- What are your interests in this field?
