The interview process started with a screening, and then there were 3 phone interviews with the CEO, national sales manager, and regional sales manager. This whole thing took about 2 weeks. It felt like it took a bit too long, but we do work with them pretty often.

It was a pretty quick and easy interview process. I took some kind of aptitude exam before the interview, then I sat down with a manager who conducted the interview. I don't really have anything negative to say about it.

I applied in person on a Friday and by the following Monday I had an in-person interview with the store manager. Then on Wednesday, I had a phone interview with someone from HR, and I got offered the job by Thursday. It all happened super fast, but it was a good experience overall!

Had a nice phone chat. It was a chance for HR to learn about me and for me to learn about the role. Taunya was very helpful and answered all my questions. It felt less like an interview and more like a casual 'how are you?' conversation.
