They first looked at my resume and cover letter, then asked some questions. After that, I had a call with human resources to get to know me. Then, I spoke with the director. Finally, I had an in-person meeting with a small team. It was friendly and easy to talk to. I especially liked the auditor who got to know me.

Behavioral Technical

My first interview was a phone call where they asked questions about my fine dining experience. I was nervous and blanked on some answers, but luckily I got to a second interview, which was on Skype. I spoke with the hotel manager, who was really nice, and the questions were similar to the first interview and it lasted about 15 minutes. I heard back a week later, but wasn't chosen. I got a personalized email from the first interviewer, Lucas, and he told me to apply again next year. It was a good learning experience, and I'm excited to get more experience for next year. I'd really like to work there.
