I was really interested in this company because they've won awards for being a great place to work and you can tell they really appreciate their employees. This was a new position on their marketing team. I had two interviews. First with the recruiter, then with the rest of the team. I followed up about a week later and they said that while I interviewed well and my resume looked good, they decided not to move forward because they were looking for someone with more experience. I still reached out to ask about other roles I might be a fit for, since I still wanted to work there. The recruiter didn't respond at all. Honestly, I feel like they just gave me a generic reason why I didn't get picked for the next round. This job market is really tough right now, especially when you've lost your job unexpectedly, so getting a more helpful reason than a quick dismissal would have been appreciated. It also would have been nice if they had communicated better about trying to find me a place in other roles if I was so keen on joining the company, to avoid a bad experience.

The interview had a really chill vibe, honestly. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. Within about 5 minutes, I was totally relaxed. The person interviewing me shared a lot of useful info about the company and gave a clear picture of what the company culture is like.

My interview at Aegis started with a phone call. After that, I had a 1:1 meeting with the manager. Then, I met with both the manager and the President. It was a good experience, very friendly and informative people. They were clear about what they expected.

The interview process was pretty standard. First, there was an interview with someone from team member services. Then, I had an interview with the manager, and they reviewed my resume. Finally, they extended an offer.
