It was fun and interesting. I'm writing this so I can see company reviews. It requires thirty words, and I don't have thirty words to write about interviewing.

I got an email to set up a call with the hiring manager and then someone else from the team. The interviews were easy, but the pay isn't great for Nashville and what they want.

Got an email the day after applying to schedule a video interview, but I was the only one on camera during the actual interview. The interviewer also had me call them instead of initiating the call themselves. They were cagey about sales figures for the Nashville location, which felt like a red flag. They kept mentioning it's a "start up" and that spring/summer is their peak season, even though the interview was in September, right before their slow season. Based on other reviews, it seems like a lot of time is spent dealing with unhappy customers and returns. They offered $50k.

The job title I applied for wasn't the one they contacted me about. The interview was quick and to the point. They were nice and helpful. What's weird is that I sent my resume and cover letter straight to the hiring department, but they said they 'found my resume on indeed' even though I don't have an Indeed account. After the interview, they told me they chose another candidate and thanked me for 'taking the time to FaceTime,' even though I interviewed in person. The whole thing left me a bit confused.
