Customer Service Clerk
They'll ask you some questions about your availability and what experience you have. There will also be some mock scenario questions. If they think you're a good fit, they'll pretty much hire you right away, and training will start not too long after.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
HR Coordinator
I interviewed with a guy named Adam who came across as pretentious. The questions he asked seemed irrelevant to the job, and he expected a lot for an entry-level position paying $13/hour. The office itself had a strange vibe, smelled like mold, and felt outdated with no morale.
- What is your typing speed?
Night Manager
Applied online for Night Manager role, but was also interested in a cheese position. Had a phone interview since Zoom was down. Was supposed to hear from upper management after their vacation. Several weeks passed, and I lost interest. HR contacted me on Indeed two months later, stating they no longer needed a closing manager, although the same position appeared online. This feedback was unprofessional and untimely. After 25 years of retail management experience, I received no callback.
- Can you discuss your background in retail and tell me about yourself?
Chef
Everyone at the HR office was super professional when I first arrived. I had to fill out some quick paperwork. Then, the hiring Director met with me. She already knew a lot about my background and qualifications from my resume. She told me my experience was more than they needed but was trying to find a role that would work for both of us.
- We talked about how we handle relationships with people both inside and outside the company.
- We talked about stewardship.
- We talked about how we train our associates.
