first you apply online, then a recruiter calls to set up a phone interview. after that, you do a virtual interview with the floor assistant nurse manager. they called me back within 48 hours with an offer. the whole thing took about 3 weeks.

It was interesting. It was a zoom call with the Nurse Leader and two Charge nurses. They asked questions with a "psych" spin on them to see how you would answer, but if your honest and explain what you learned from your situation, you’ll do well. I mean, that’s what I did and I got the offer.
