- How did you handle a situation where a family member requested private patient information, ensuring HIPAA compliance and providing support?

first you apply online, then a recruiter calls to set up a phone interview. after that, you do a virtual interview with the floor assistant nurse manager. they called me back within 48 hours with an offer. the whole thing took about 3 weeks.
- Can you describe a challenging patient situation and how you managed it?
- How would you approach a difficult ethical decision concerning a patient?
- What are your key skills as a nurse?
Registered Nurse

- Tell me about a time you made a medication error and how you handled it.
