The interview was conducted via Zoom. Despite dressing in business attire, the interviewer appeared very casual. They asked a question about my long-term career goals, which felt outdated. I'm actually glad I didn't get the job because they mentioned I'd be working with difficult people, and they didn't provide any feedback after the interview.

I went in person to speak with the office manager, where we talked about different things concerning my background and experience. She also had a set of questions she asked as well about how I work with others and various work scenarios. The Executive Director, who I would be working under, was out of the office, so I had to return the following week to meet with him and the Office Manager again so that he could get a good feel for me as well. Both were very funny, pleasant, and polite.

It was a really drawn-out interview process. I had two phone interviews, and then they had me come in for an in-person interview. The in-person part was a panel interview with the whole department. They asked a ton of questions, like 25. Afterwards, everyone wrote down my answers. My main advice for anyone going through this is to really prepare well. They mentioned I'd get feedback by the end of the week, one way or another.
