Had a video call via Zoom. There were some audio issues with hearing the interviewer. When I logged in, a virtual background was automatically applied, blurring my surroundings. I dressed professionally because I initially thought it might be a video call, but I wanted to be prepared just in case. The interviewer was also dressed professionally.

So first, there's a quick meet and greet interview. If you do well, then you move on to the second interview. This one's in person with the hiring committee. You'll answer some questions and then do a task, like replying to an email and setting up an appointment. If you don't get picked, you'll never hear back.

I had a really quick phone interview with two people. They seemed unprepared and kind of flustered. When I asked them about the program and the department, which I thought was a normal thing to ask, they were super vague.
