I had multiple interviews for this role. The last interview was really messed up, the interviewers didn't even know my name and it felt like they had already decided about me before we even started talking. It was super disorganized, they should have just canceled the interview rather than making me waste my time. Seriously, don't bother applying if you don't want to waste your time.

The whole process took 4 weeks and I had an interview each week. I liked that I could meet with different people and learn more about the company. I met with HR, a higher-up, a panel of the Account Managers I'd work with, and then the CEO or Partner. You moved on if the interview went well. The interviews were professional but also friendly, which was nice. They asked job-related questions and let me ask questions too. Everyone knew their stuff and told me to keep asking the same questions to get different viewpoints.

Unbridled is known for excellence and they really show it in their interviews. Some might find the 7-hour process a bit much, but I felt really engaged and seen. Now that I'm working here, I have a great sense of confidence because they took the time to really get to know me and my skills, not just how well I interviewed. They seem to focus on teachability, commitment, and finding someone who fits well with people. Since this is a new role that involves working with all departments, it was pretty thorough, but overall it was a fantastic experience. Nina, the hiring manager, acted more like a supporter than someone with power over my hiring. She kept me informed and was quick to respond when I had questions.

HR reached out by email to set up an initial phone chat. The whole thing from applying to the interview took about two weeks. The HR person was really nice and the interview went great. She chatted about the job and asked the usual interview questions. After the interview, she said she'd get back to me to see if it was a good fit, and then I'd meet the team. After two weeks, and after I followed up twice, the HR rep let me know they liked me and I met the requirements, but the salary range was too low for me. She figured I wouldn't want to take that pay cut, so she didn't offer me the job. But, she did mention that if a more senior role opened up with better pay, she'd keep my resume and reach out. I thought it was a good experience overall, even though I didn't get an offer.
