Candidate-reported interview process

It was a mix of basic personality questions and behavioral questions about how you've handled different situations in the past, aiming to see if you'd be a good fit for the team's focus on teamwork.

It was pretty standard: a 10-minute phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting with the CEO and principals. I was overqualified and coming in at intern level. They also asked for references, and I know they contacted at least one. I heard back a few days after the in-person interview.

I met the CEO who was really dismissive of my answers and made me feel unwelcome. While waiting, I overheard staff arguing about management's complaints regarding a lead shortage.
