Intern
First, you apply online by submitting your CV, academic transcript, and a cover letter. About 48 hours later, you'll get an email saying your application is moving forward. Then, a recruiter will give you a quick call (15-20 mins) to check your availability, salary expectations, why you're interested, and your Excel skills/previous experience. If it all looks good, you move on. Next, you'll get an online technical test with a practical case to solve in 72 hours. The case involves analyzing monthly sales data, calculating some KPIs like turnover, margin, and break-even, and suggesting logistics improvements. They'll look at how you use Excel, your analytical skills, and how clear your conclusions are. Finally, you'll have a 45-minute video call with the Operations Head. You'll get typical questions like 'tell me about a time you solved a problem under pressure,' 'how do you prioritize tasks,' and 'what would you improve in a logistics process.' They'll also chat about company culture and teamwork.
