So the interview process involves a few steps to see if you're a good fit for the job and the company. It usually starts with some screening, then a phone chat, followed by an in-person meeting. Sometimes there are also tests or checks to make sure everything's in order. The goal is for us to find the right person for the role and for you to see if it's a good place for you to work.

Behavioral Technical

This was a complete waste of my time and my references' time. Public schools have to post open positions and interview people even if they already have someone in mind, which is their policy to avoid claims of favoritism. I had a Zoom interview and then an in-person interview, both went well. They then contacted my first reference. The HR lady couldn't reach my second reference, who is my current manager, so she left a message with her name and callback number. My manager called her back the next day, and the HR lady told her she had the wrong number. This made my manager look at me funny, questioning who I was interviewing with. It was a total waste of time due to red tape, bureaucracy, and disingenuity. Be aware that you might be wasting your time helping them go through the motions to secure someone else's position.

It was a pretty chill interview process, not too stressful. They asked about my past experiences, and I interviewed with either one person or a panel, depending on the department. You should be ready to answer common interview questions, like 'tell me about a time' or 'what would you do if....' Overall, it wasn't a bad experience.
