They asked really weird questions that didn't seem to relate at all to what I'd be doing as a manager. Their hiring process is awful. They keep hiring people who aren't a good fit for what they need.

First, there was a phone chat, which was pretty straightforward with basic questions. After that, I went in for an in-person meeting with the store manager. If the store manager thought I was a good fit, the next step was an interview with the district managers. I got the job offer right then and there and immediately went for my drug test that same day.

It was a pretty easy interview process. Usually, there are two interviews: the first one is with the store manager at the store you're applying to, and the second is with the district manager at their office. The questions are straightforward. You just need to show your interest in technology and your customer service skills. If they hire you, they do a drug test.

The interview process was great and they explained the job and pay rate. All my questions were answered, which made accepting the job much easier. I was left very informed about the position and my responsibilities.
