The interview process was smooth and friendly. The organizers asked questions in a good environment. There was a lot of experience and knowledge sharing. Coworkers were nice. The pay is good for entry-level. They travel a lot. You can get a lot of exposure. There is good training.

It was generally nice. There were 3 turns and it was basically nice. They didn't ask many technical questions. But brace yourself, and make sure you look smart, passionate and nice. Japanese language is an important skill.

They will shortlist the applicant for an interview through telephone. If you are shortlisted the human resource will what’s app and inform you. Then, they will ask to fill in personality test. If you pass the test, they will contact us and ask to sign on the Letter of offer. There will be a face to face interview with human resource manager and Department Manager.
