The interview process was really smooth and organized. Starting with the PPT, then the GD, and finishing with the PI, everything felt professional. I actually liked the whole experience. The interviewers were nice, made me feel comfortable, and communicated everything clearly. They stuck to the schedule too. All in all, it was a good and motivating interview.

Technical Behavioral

I had a really good interview with UltraTech Cement recently. They started with some basic technical questions. The very next day, I got a call from the HR person asking for my salary slip and CTC structure. I sent all the documents, but after that, the HR person never responded. This was a very negative experience, especially since I thought I had been finally selected. They should at least inform or respond back. This experience with the section head HR was very, very negative. I hope the UltraTech management looks into this. Someone needs to realize the impact on a job seeker when they think they've been selected and then the HR just stops responding.

Behavioral Technical Group

The interview process at UltraTech was smooth, professional, and very well-coordinated. It started with an initial screening round, where HR explained the role clearly and answered all queries. The next rounds focused not only on technical and functional knowledge but also on problem-solving ability, teamwork, and alignment with UltraTech’s values. What stood out was the friendly and approachable nature of the interviewers — they made the environment stress-free, allowing me to share my thoughts openly. The questions were practical and scenario-based, testing real-world application rather than just theory.
