I applied in person at a store and filled out a paper application. A few days later, I got a call back for an interview. During the interview, they asked me some job-related questions, such as how I'd handle multitasking, my thoughts on a sales-focused role, and how I'd manage specific duties that might come up during a shift. A few days after that, they called to have me start the new hire paperwork.

It was a long process with two interviews. I was asked pretty much the same questions in both interviews, just by different people. It really could've been just one interview, and the questions were sort of off-putting.

I was interviewed by my direct district manager and then interviewed one on one by the Regional Manager. After that, I was offered the job as Store Manager, pending a background check.
