Behavioral Other

The HR process was terrible, especially the employee Thamires who was extremely disorganized and disrespectful. They say there will be a next step, but then you find out they closed the position without any notification. From comments, this is standard behavior for companies that complain about labor laws. If this is how they act during a hiring process, imagine without laws.

I applied through the Gupy website and the HR person contacted me on a Wednesday asking if I would be available on Friday. I said yes, but by the supposed interview day, I had no confirmation. On Monday, they asked if I would be available the next day (Tuesday). I said yes, but 40 minutes before the interview, they messaged me saying they had no power and couldn't conduct the interview. It was rescheduled for Thursday. At the agreed time, I joined the meeting, and surprisingly, no one showed up or gave any notice. I rearranged my schedule, including lunch, to be able to attend the interview. I heard nothing for a week, not knowing what had happened, and then they told me they had health problems and couldn't attend. What's more, they had already closed the position with someone else. I found it to be an absurd lack of empathy and responsibility; they hardly care about the candidate, very inhuman HR.

The process started with a chat with HR and then with the area manager. I really liked the people, they were friendly, a nice chat, but it left something to be desired in terms of feedback, slow to answer questions and no feedback after the final phase, not even a rejection.

  • What are your salary expectations?
  • What knowledge do you have in the area?
  • What impact have you made in a company where you worked?
