The interview process involved a phone screen, followed by two interviews, and then a job offer. This whole thing took about two months from the first phone screen to when I was supposed to start. The phone screen was pretty important for talking about why I wanted the position.

I had an initial phone call that was about 20-30 minutes long, mostly digging into my CV, my experience, and why I wanted to move jobs and join them. After that, I went for an in-person interview at their Greenford office. They gave me a lot of BPSS forms to fill out for security clearance, even though I already had it and it should have been transferable. Apparently, there was supposed to be a personality test emailed, but I never got it. Finding parking was a nightmare, no visitor spots, seems like a common problem. I was given a reasoning test that mixed verbal and numeric questions; it wasn't too hard and I didn't feel rushed. The actual interview was with two project managers, one senior and one more junior, and it was almost entirely competency-based questions. They weren't trying to trick me, but the vibe was pretty aggressive, and they questioned my answers, which fit with how I perceived the company and their reputation. They did ask about my salary expectations. They didn't offer to show me around the site. I never heard back, but honestly, I already decided it wasn't a place I'd want to work after the interview, especially since the salary they'd likely offer wouldn't cover living costs in that area.

I applied online and they got back to me in about a week. There were two rounds in the interview process. First was a 30-minute video call, and then a 2-hour in-person interview with two managers. After the second interview, they extended an offer within five days.
