Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had an interview opportunity with this company, but I'm disappointed with their process. They postponed an interview without notifying me, and I had to call them each time to find out. Last month, I interviewed at their factory with three people. First, I spoke with the department head for about 30 minutes, then toured the production process. Afterward, I met with a director-level person for over an hour, and finally, I had a session with a supervisor from another department. The whole interview took more than two hours. I felt good about how it went and thought I had a good chance. I sent a thank-you message afterward and they said they'd get back to me, but it's been a month with no response. I expected some kind of update, win or lose, rather than being left in the dark.

Behavioral Technical

HR contacted me for an initial screening, asking for my preferred contact number and a good time to chat. They then sent a Teams meeting invite. I tried to confirm but got no response. During the scheduled screening, HR was 5-10 minutes late. After that, HR asked for my availability for an interview with the hiring manager. I sent my schedule, but it took 24-48 hours to get a response. I had to follow up again to get scheduled. The hiring manager interview happened, and I was informed about a second interview. A few days later, HR again requested my availability. I provided my schedule, and once more, there was no immediate response. I opted not to follow up this time, and about a week later, I was notified that I didn't get the position.

Technical

The interview process had 3 rounds, starting from the initial contact all the way up to the final interview with the director. All rounds were technical. I felt I answered them really well. After the last round, I didn't get any feedback. I messaged them to ask for an update and they told me the bosses were on a long vacation and would update me later. But nope, I got ghosted! I usually don't mind ghosting, but this was 3 ROUNDS, not just one or two! I really think I deserved at least a rejection email. I guess it's good I dodged that bullet though hahaha goodluck to future applicants, run away if you can lol ;)

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out via email a couple days after I applied. I then had a phone call with the recruiter. Following that, I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone. After they said they liked what they heard, I went in person to meet four team members. We talked about my background and experience. The interviews and questions were mostly about my past work, skills, and knowledge. It felt comfortable and positive because the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me and answered all my questions.
