Process Engineer Intern
You'll start with some behavioral and experience-based questions, followed by a lot of problem-solving questions. Then, you'll chat with engineers who will ask about your experience. Make sure you're ready to discuss basic battery manufacturing and how you approach problems.
- Can you tell me about a project you're proud of?
Production Engineer
I sent in my application online and got a response back in a few days. The interview was a standard Teams virtual one. They asked about my past experience and safety, and seemed keen on hearing about continuous process improvement.
- What is your definition of success?
Process Engineer
First, I had to do a self video interview where I recorded myself answering some questions. You get one redo for the whole thing. After that, I had a video call panel interview with 3 technical interviewers.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a challenging situation with a coworker.
