I went through an interview with an agency via Zoom back in 2019. They got back to me within a week. They explained that this job would involve being the first point of contact for customers via phone.

Got a call from the hiring manager to schedule a phone interview. After the phone screen, I was invited for a final in-person interview, which was scheduled three weeks later. Despite completing the in-person interview, the hiring manager never officially informed me of the decision and kept me waiting for updates for over two months, which I found unprofessional.

The interview panel made the process very easy and comfortable. They asked a mix of competency-based and technical questions. They described the role and the team's vision. If I went off-topic during the competency questions, the panel repeated the question to prompt me to stay on topic. They were very helpful and nice, making the process very easy.
