The interview experience was positive overall. It began with an HR representative who seemed impressed and then arranged a meeting with the VP of Sales. This meeting lasted about an hour and appeared to go well. However, there was a lack of follow-up communication; they indicated they would respond by a certain date, but I received no further contact. I sent emails but got no reply, and after a few more days, I sent another email with no response. This is disappointing as I was very enthusiastic about the opportunity. For future reference for the hiring team, it would be beneficial to inform candidates of the outcome, especially for a significant role like this, even if they are not selected. Personally, I would appreciate knowing the reasons for not being chosen and areas for improvement in future interviews.

It was intense and very detailed. We did a bunch of personality and aptitude tests, then went through multiple interviews with different people in the organization. There was also a background check and drug screening. I also had a task to complete outside of the interview to bring back to the next one.

The interview process was straightforward and efficient. The recruiter was very friendly and approachable. Since it was during Covid, the interview was conducted virtually instead of in person, and it went really well. It appears to be a fantastic company, and I'd suggest it to other people.
