The interview process was long, with 3 steps: first online with the recruiter, second in-person in another region, and third online with the CEO. After this long process, they invited me to the company to discuss details about the position and get to know the team well. However, they indicated they were interviewing others and hadn't decided yet, after 3 steps and a process lasting 3 months. They made me travel all over Italy at my own expense, only to disappear afterward. The company made a good impression, which is why I persisted through the various steps, but I found this behavior completely unprofessional.

The interview was at the Regus Coworking in Alphaville. It was disrespectful: a 1h30 delay for the first HR contact, who only after that time handed out 05 forms to fill. They asked for information already on the resume, sensitive personal data (LGPD), and answers to questions like: mention your weaknesses and strengths.
