Project Engineer
We initially connected at a university career fair, and after a good initial conversation, they decided to schedule a follow-up phone interview. This call was quite relaxed and didn't follow a strict structure, which was nice. The conversation felt casual, with questions that just flowed naturally.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What was your reason for choosing Ulliman Schute?
- Do you have an interest in water resources infrastructure?
Engineer
The interview process was helpful to learn about the company's organization. The interviewer was very friendly and made it seem like the employees are similar. US seems like a really interesting place to work.
- What are your long term career objectives?
Engineering Co-Op
I initially spoke with a recruiter at a university career fair, which led to an interview invitation in Dayton, OH. The interview took place on a Thursday evening. Five days later, the VP called me with a job offer. The interview was pretty relaxed; they were interested in my background and wanted me to ask questions about the company, and also to show I understand water/wastewater treatment plants.
- Tell me about how you used teamwork on a specific project mentioned in your resume.
