First, I had to introduce myself. Then, they asked me 3 simple behavioral questions. They asked about my administration experience and my experience using Excel, specifically how I would find useful data from a large Excel sheet and what my favorite Excel formula is.

So the first part of the process was this like 40 minute quiz thing. It had some like, abstract reasoning and math questions. There was also this big personality test where you had to pick your top 2 choices out of 3 options for each question. Then the second bit was you had to record yourself answering 3 questions on video and audio. Stuff like why you picked the company and why you went into engineering.
