Applied, then had a phone screening followed by an interview. During the interview, it was clear the two managers interviewing were clueless. They asked about handling stress and billing. I decided not to accept their offer after shadowing and realizing the managers just sit in their offices all day while the workers handle all the training. This setup seems designed so they can blame you or the person training you when things go wrong, usually the first person there. Managers get rich while the workers make the money, a common tactic. I heard from someone there that they want to hire college grads to pay them less, which makes sense, but not everyone is as clueless as they are.

It was a 3-person panel interview. They asked a few standard HR questions, but most of the discussion was pretty basic and easy to answer. The interview was very comfortable, and all 3 interviewers were great to talk with. The environment felt very inviting.

I had a phone interview and then they set up an in person interview before the call even ended. Then I had a second interview with upper management. The whole thing was super fast, took less than a month.
