Engineer
The interview was pretty simple and gave me a lot of good info. I found out more about the company than I knew before. The folks I met were nice too. Haven't found the perfect role yet, but I'm still optimistic.
- Tell me about your past experience.
Director of Talent Acquisition
After you get picked, you'll have a 30-min chat with the hiring manager. If that goes well, you'll meet with others involved in hiring. But sometimes, even after they promise to follow up, they ghost you, and you don't hear back, even if you try to reach them multiple times. This lack of communication is really annoying and not professional.
- Could you elaborate on your background and its relevance to this position?
Proposal Coordinator
This was definitely a thorough and a bit lengthy interview process but I really appreciated that I was able to speak to so many people I would have been working with. There were three shorter phone interviews before a final 4 hour in person interview with company higher ups.
- Can you tell me about your experience with writing and coordinating proposals, and how you manage multiple deadlines?
Proposal Coordinator
It was a thorough interview process. I spoke with four different employees over the phone before coming in for an in-person interview where I spoke to seven employees. Everyone was friendly and offered a lot of insightful information about the company.
- How do you envision your integration within the team?
