The application process was really hard to get through and kind of a pain. The HR people didn't communicate well, and sometimes the interviews felt repetitive with not many deep questions. It felt like a very robotic interview process.

This interview process was a mess. It was hard to get anyone to call me back, even after I was selected for an interview. The HR department didn't seem to care about the candidates or their time. They scheduled interviews for me multiple times without checking my availability, even though they knew I was currently working and would need to take time off. I had a phone interview and a Zoom interview, and they said I'd hear back in a week. Two and a half weeks later, they ghosted me and just updated my career portal to 'declined,' which I had to find myself. Companies that can't even bother to let you know they chose someone else after interviewing you aren't worth your time.
