Assistant Professor
It's a really competitive process because so many people from everywhere apply. You have to go through a few interviews with the department and then with the selection board. The people interviewing you will ask about different things to see how good you are at the subject when they hire you.
- How do you plan to teach students?
Lab Engineer
Applied through the normal way. It took quite a while from applying to getting an interview. A bunch of us were called in the same day. The interview itself was short, about 20 minutes.

We advertised the position in national newspapers and on the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore's website. After that, candidates from various backgrounds applied, and the Registrar's office called the qualified ones for interviews.
