Construction Manager
Had a virtual interview with three managers: one from finance, a project manager, and the operations directors. They seemed pretty uninterested, like they already had someone picked and were just going through the motions.

Executive Assistant
They were happy to do the interviews over ZOOM since I wasn't originally in California. There were 3 interviews in total. The first interview was with an HR rep. Then I had a group interview with some of the current employees. The last interview was with the director I'd be assisting.

Registered Nurse
It was a panel interview with 12 interviewers from different floors of the unit you're applying for. They put the questions on a screen so you don't have to look them in the eye or feel awkward.

Volunteer
Everything is done online due to the pandemic. The interview is the very first step in the onboarding process. After this, there's an online study program, which is mandatory to get certified before you can start working.
