Operations Associate
It was a group interview with other applicants, then a solo interview with the main supervisor. Most questions asked were what you'd expect for a part-time job, and having some experience with customer service is important.

I applied online and then got a call back about 2 months later to schedule an interview. It was mostly a group interview where they asked about myself and why I want to work for the company. I was hired on the spot.
