it was a pleasant process, my opinion seemed to be of value and they were very keen on accommodating all of my needs. ultimately decided to go with a different employer, but ucsb housing would've been a great choice as well!

I submitted a paper application and had one interview with the manager and supervisor. It was a pretty standard interview with basic questions. I got an email about 4 hours after the interview saying I got the job, so the process is very quick.

The process was pretty long, but it was organized well. The interviewers were open and friendly, and there was a current RA as well as a lead staff member leading the interview. I did not feel that any of the questions were uncomfortable to answer, and overall the whole process was smooth.
