The interview process consisted of a 45-minute phone interview with the Director of Operations. The interviewer focused heavily on my personal and professional aspirations, as well as a deep dive into my past work experience, to gauge my potential as a long-term employee at Uchi. They mentioned that they wouldn't contact candidates who weren't selected, so it would be necessary to follow up to confirm the job offer or rejection.

It could span one to three days, but by the end, you feel more integrated with the team and much clearer about whether it's the right place for you.
