The interview was pretty straightforward and went well. They asked about my ESL teaching methods and how I manage a classroom. The whole thing was under 30 minutes and felt pretty easy.

Presentation

It was a really nice interview. Straightforward and to the point. If you're a teacher, you'll do well. They have you do a trial lesson, but first, you get to watch a class so you can get ready for your trial.

The interview process was pretty relaxed. They initially mentioned a mock lesson at the end, but it didn't happen. It seems like having a degree is the main requirement. The interviewer, Sharda, was really nice and flexible with my schedule.
