Case Technical Presentation
Had a case study and extensive interviews. They didn't really explain the future evolution or communicate clearly. The job description was missing info, and they brought up extra technical duties I wasn't qualified for. Because of this, I decided to stop the process. It's important for interviews to be clearer about expectations and responsibilities to make sure everyone's on the same page and no one wastes time.

We started with screening interviews with a recruiter and the hiring manager. Then there was a 1-day interview with several team members, which included a presentation. The interview itself was a good experience and the people were friendly during the interview stage. However, after the interview, both the recruiter and the hiring manager went completely silent for months, even though the job posting remained active. They should at least respond to emails and provide status updates, even if it's just to say they need more time or aren't interested.
